Why choose ALLCUT
What sets ALLCUT machines apart.
Eight reasons, shown on a real machine: the cutXpert 31/100 magnetic drill, built in Bhavnagar. As you read each point, the view moves to the part it is about. Drag the machine to turn it.
8 reasons to choose ALLCUT
Drag to turn
-
01 / 08Steel magnet
A steel magnet that holds harder.
A magnetic drill is only as good as its grip on the steel. ALLCUT magnets are made of steel, not cast iron, because steel carries a stronger magnetic field — and the face is CNC machined flat, so all of it touches the work.
On the cutXpert 31/100, two coils give a pull of 2100 kgf: about the weight of two small cars.

02 / 08Low maintenance
Low maintenance: less to wear, less to fix.
A machine waiting for repair is not earning. The drill head runs on a rigid steel slide, so it moves with very little shake — and less shake means less wear and a longer life.
Twist drills and adaptors fit straight into the MT-3 taper of the spindle, with no extra chuck in between to wear loose.

03 / 08Drill, cut, ream, tap
Drill, cut, ream and tap with one machine.
Carry one machine to the job instead of several. The cutXpert 31/100 takes four kinds of tool:
- Twist drilling
- up to 31 mm
- An ordinary drill bit, for smaller holes — up to 250 mm deep.
- Annular cutting
- up to 100 mm
- The cutter cuts only a ring, and the middle comes out as one solid slug. The fast way to make big holes.
- Reaming
- up to 31 mm
- Opens a drilled hole to an exact size with a smooth wall.
- Tapping
- up to M30
- Cuts a thread inside the hole, so a 30 mm bolt screws straight in.
-
04 / 08Overload protection
Overload protection saves the motor.
A blunt cutter, too much force on the handles or a jammed tool makes the motor work far past its normal load — that is how motors burn out.
Overload protection guards the motor when the load climbs too high, so a mistake costs you a minute, not a motor. There is a fuse on the control panel as well.

05 / 08Powerful motor
A powerful 2000 W motor with two gears.
Big cutters and taps need slow, strong turning; small drills need speed. The 2000 W motor drives a two-speed gearbox, and electronic speed control lets you set the speed anywhere from 60 to 430 rpm.
Across the ALLCUT range, magnetic drill motors run from 1050 W to 2500 W.

06 / 08Built tough
Built tough for work in any sector.
Magnetic drills are made for jobs where the steel cannot come to the drill: steel structures, bridges and towers, ships, rail, heavy fabrication and plant maintenance.
The cutXpert 31/100 has a steel magnet, a rigid steel slide and a 30 kg body, built at our works in Bhavnagar. It runs on 220 V single-phase power, so it needs no three-phase supply on site.

08 / 08Easy to use
Easy to use, from the first hole.
Each control has one job. The magnet has its own switch, apart from the big green ON and red OFF buttons of the drill motor, and the speed control sits on top of the motor.
Three long handles feed the drill down through a 280 mm stroke. To tap, run the tap in forward, then switch to reverse to bring it out.
